Piotras, Have you been able to get the system working? I had tried and failed to get Midgard working on 4.1.1 . That isn't entirely accurate. I got the software installed but Asgard wouldn't work correctly. I had to install php 4.0.6 in order for things to work. This was done on a machine running RH 7.1 . I don't recall for sure but I think Emile was able to install correctly with 4.1.1 . If it still isn't working my suggestion would be to use 4.0.6 . That version has proven to be successful.
