I think You are on the right place with the right question :) If You will use nadmin interface You will got exactly what You need. You may create groups: 1.admin for all 2.coders 3.newsmakers And coders may use pages for creating production site while newsmakers may see and edit only news$articles topic (subtopic) and articles tree. And admin will decide who , where , how , why.
