I have one database which I wanted to upgrade to use with MMP. After article-uniqname I run database-upgrade script. Script "stops" sending output at article table, mysql takes about 90% of CPU. I waited about 20 minutes , but it do not stops. Site is working fine with this database later, the cache table exists. This is the same database which was upgraded from 1.2.5. Other databases upgrade works fine.
