I guess it comes down to some **person** being the final security on Midgard Lite, at least in it's present incarnation.
I looked at the SRM site, and I didn't see anything about the feature set that you are describing. Another idea, if a perl script, or 'c' compiled executable were put in the user's directory, and it was owned by root, but root and apache were in a group, and it did the database connection, and verified midgard user access rights thorugh the database, would that work?
