I guess it comes down to some **person** being the final security on
Midgard Lite, at least in it's present incarnation.

I looked at the SRM site, and I didn't see anything about the feature
set that you are describing.

Another idea, if a perl script, or 'c' compiled executable were put in
the user's directory, and it was owned by root, but root and apache were
in a group, and it did the database connection, and verified midgard
user access rights thorugh the database, would that work? The scripts
could access it through an 'x' permission in the group field and their
username of 'apache, but they couldn't read it.
