Nonetheless I think it's structurally cleaner to leave
midgard-root.php as simple as possible and to define things like
this in your site's ROOT style element(s).
There might be more interesting "standard" elements in anyone's
Best Coding Practices for Midgard apps that might be not bad put
in midgard-root.php, but then we're going to run into serious
compatibility issues...
Let's better leave this part as it is.
