By "archive", I mean whether it is easy to put every day's pages to a file
like data.tar.gz, so that it is easy to move it from one sever to another.
Does the system have such function?

You mean 'cache'? That's not any admin interface issue.
It is midgard apache module which is now shortly called MMP.
Midgard Mode Preparser. It indeed cache nomidified pages instead
taking it again from database. But it is not stable enough for production
use. If You mean something else , please give more details.
