Oh, I think I understood this :) There is special line for host configuration MidgardDatabase <database> <user> <pass> So after change user here You must alter user table in mysql databse. host is compiled with midgard lib , but newest midgard let You define it in midgard conf file. midgard->user="0" is not stored in midgard database.
