Is there any official midgard project to replace the admins, or to work on this 
implementation, since Nadmin seems rather commercially driven, which is not bad in 
itself, but it makes it rather hard to get support in this case it seems.

The playground on test.domatov.dsb.ru is cleared every midnight. If there
any problem with adding attachments, report this into bug tracker and I
hope Sergei will fix this.

You can download xml.gz as well, it is provided for enhancements.
