Yes and no.  There's no standard tool, as there is no standard
structure especially of large sites, but of course there are
ways to automate certain steps.  Most important may be for you
that Midgard's way of resolving URLs allows you to do a slow
migration, putting section by section into Midgard.  Our CMS
passes unknown URLs to Apache so they can be resolved in the
filesystem tree.

We can give you more help and tips for the migration if given
more details what structures to take over :-)
