ok it's workinkg but actually does not solve my problem in all extent And hte problem is that wheu user copies from Word (polish locale) and text includes some special chars like extended quotes or 'copyright' MSHTML editor set encoding to windows-1250 and all of text has junks instead of polish letters and those chars.
