Layers need to be launched, so if you click any link of edit frame (details, history, editor etc) before all of HTML is loaded the JS embedded in it will fail. Same for WYSIWYG which consists of three layers (WUSUWYG itself, source edit and source view layares). If you have JS error even after all page is loaded (ie. there is "Done" status in Status Bar) there must be smtn wrong with your JS engine in IE.
