Snip of access_log:

xx.xx.xx.xx - - [01/Jul/2002:10:34:56 -0500] "GET /asgard HTTP/1.1" 401 486
"-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)"
xx.xx.xx.xx - admin [01/Jul/2002:10:34:59 -0500] "GET /asgard HTTP/1.1" 301
331 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)"
xx.xx.xx.xx - admin [01/Jul/2002:10:34:59 -0500] "GET /asgard/ HTTP/1.1" 200
68 "-" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0)"

There is no output in the error log for apache.

Nor is php outputting any logging to its log file.
