stupid fixing :) , in the begginig of example code id $user=0;
and I use user in FORM, but that looks like partialy fix problem
after login I do print_r($user) , and looks like person is logged correctly 
but page is not displayed , only style elements
besides when I request another page I lost my user and have login form
after changes I still have "PHP Warning:  rand():  Invalid range:  1..0 in ROOT(271) : 
eval()'d code on line 4"
