No. As of Midgard 1.5.0 there will be no data package. The Database
creation will move into midgard-lib, and the apache configuration into
mod_midgard.

The different Admin-Interfaces will go into their own packages.

Theory:

apt-get install midgard-lib

   -> interactivly configures a MySQL Database for Midgard usage

apt-get install mod_midgard

   -> Takes information from -lib to create an apache config

apt-get install php4-midgard

   -> As usual

The install the favourite Admin interface (preferrably through apt).
