When I try to create database for one company in Midgard, I show some
Access denied message and when I select this company every time, it also
shows this error message at the top

Anyone can help me??

Either the password is wrong or the user does not exist (this is MySQL user) the company databases are just company specific MySQL databases (named mgd_<companyGUID>), you could create the db also manually but then you would need to tell Nadmin that you've already done that (and I can't remember where the information is stored).

Also, I want to use midgard given template, but I don't know how to use.

Ah you mean Nadmin templates, these are different, they're not Midgard core functionality but a wrapper of kinds for creating style(s) and page(s) based on the template, I actually have never used them so I can't say more on this.
