Check that in the replication conf files the schemas are _withsg,
otherwise SG information is not replicated -> problems.

There is a  bug 1.4.1 repligard that sometimes causes this, also I think
there was a logic error in the replication scripts as well (causing the
scripts to mark deleted entries to be already replicated -> preventing
the replication of the delete command) but can't remember the exact
point of problem, I mentioned this to HKLC but i doubt they have done
anything about it.
