There's a lot of things that should be thrown into some kind of config class. I wrote 
a patch to nadmin so you could decide if attachements should be added to articles or 
topics per sitegroup. I think most og the code is still in ageri - though I'm not 
sure. 

Here's a suggestion: How about adding a config class and menu for nadmin? Instead of 
having 50 different ways of doing configs throughout the code, we could create a 
dynamic interface and add config options on the fly.
