I hope this will be good news. What to do?
Add to your /etc/apt/sources.list deb http://www.midgard-project.org/developer/downloads/debian/stable/dists/sid/binary-i386/ ./ deb-src http://www.midgard-project.org/developer/downloads/debian/stable/dists/sid/source/ ./ after 'apt-get update' run 'apt-get install php4-midgard' It will install midgard' php module , libapache-mod-midgard and libmidgard. Currnet changes are made only for unstable Debian , so please let me know how it works before I make packages for Stable Debian. Major changes: Libmidgard package contains preconfigured midgard database. While installing midgard you are asked if You want to create initial dabase or not. If yes, libmidgard creates 'midgard' database update mysql database for user midgard and its database. Creates Blobs dir , import Asgard, update midgard host table for host which was defined by user during setup process, and create configuration file for midgard. All is to be done is restart Apache or maybe enable midgard module which is added but disabled by default. I think that this midgard setup is the easiest one You ever seen :) Hope it will help someone , as for now it works for me :) Piotras --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
