It happens mostly when VirtualHost does not match midgard host table entry. If the host record is "sntde123.de.draeger.com" You should have <VirtualHost sntde123.de.draeger.com> also. I also noticed that behaviuor on IP based midgard hosts , and with midgard library mess.
