Sorry, just a typing mistake. The host table contains
'sntde123.de.draeger.com'

Could you send your midgard-data.conf (or where-ever your midgard virtualhosts are configured).

also send output for mysql$ select name,port,prefix,sitegroup from host; and mysql$ select * from person where username="<username_you_tried>";
