We finally got the Solaris 8 installation working after 7 hours
of fighting (partly due to badly-configured server).
We'll be posting the install instructions later.
But there is now one urgent matter we need to resolve. Repligard
segfaults when trying to install the Asgard package that came
with midgard-data-1.4.3.
