Only page attachments are served out automatically. Did you attach them to a page, or to another object?

If I create a sub page and
give the url a name like test.html it won't work right either.  Example...

I can't call http://www.somedomain.com/dir/mypage.html

however....

I can call http://www.somedomain.com/dir/mypage.html/

Is 'dir' an active page serving out attachments, or is it a simple page with attachments to itself? What response do you get without the trailing slash?
