As I'm currently looking at the different open-source solutions to build web sites and web-based applications, I've been looking at plain PHP, Midgard, and Zope. Unfortunately, the FAQ does not currently answers the obvious question asked by anyone taking a look at Midgard : "Why choose it over plain languages (PHP, Perl, etc.) or a framework like Zope?".
