Hello,
first of all thank you for your good work. Since I am still a PHP,CMS etc. newbie, I am not the one to judge but the people I work for think so- just wanted to tell :-)
I want to access the database-entries logging changes to websites, articles an so on via. I did not found an explicit midgard-command for that and know too little php to trace the snippet which does it for aegir. Can somebody tell me the variables used for that (version- and db- refference)? which type are they? Thank you in advance
Actually the revision control is not built into Midgard but done separately, NemeinRCS (http://rcs.nemein.net/) is compatible the Nadmin/Aegir way of doing RCS but it doesn't have code for parsing the diffs to the nicer format used in Aegir, it's just handling the RCS. This library is meant to be plugged to custom editing interfaces when RCS is needed or Nadmin/Aegir is used alongside the custom interfaces.
I hope someone else remembers where the diff parsing is done.
/Rambo
