It should be listed in you repligard.conf file. You have a choice of two 
schema files for repligard one with site groups and one without. On my 
installation they are in /usr/local/midgard/share/midgard/
You should have in your repligard.conf file a line pointing to one of 
these files eg:

schema="/usr/local/midgard/share/midgard/repligard_withsg.xml"
