I noticed there is some page caching functionality in Midgard. I found in the file /etc/apache/midgard-data.conf the following:
For some reason my midgard-data.conf does not contain this information. I've been looking for it ever since Henri mentioned FavorFiles at IRC about a month back. I'm be really interested to know more about these topics too.
