Update: I renamed dhtmled.ocx, which forced IE Setup to reinstall it when I re-upgraded to IE 6 SP1. I don't get the Javascript error anymore, but Aegir is still not saving pages edited with the MS HTML editor. If I use the plaintext editor I'm fine.
