I don't think so. I can export it to a flat html file but I haven't seen on drupal 
anything about exporting books to cvs. I hadn't really given much though about 
converting content in collaborative books to other formats. I suppose that is the 
advantage of writing documentation in docbook or LaTex. I will post a query to the 
drupal list and see if any one has thought of this before.
