[midgard-user] CMS with Midgard Lite

PP: It was a misconfiguration of my service provider that I can't 
access DB.php - this issue is fixed :-)

Now I've got a new problem - the documentation of Midgard Lite says 
that in the tarball aegir and asgard are included (the host table of 
the Midgard Lite DB says the same) but it  isn't included!

How can I manually add one of these systems? Cause the admin screen 
offers links to these systems which can't be accessed cause the file 
structure isn't available.

Any solutions available?
