The best practice is to create two custom non midgard Virtual Hosts 
with the same name. It is Apache issue.

For midgard Vhosts with different databases , the first one will served 
while the second one will be "ignored" , and as Alexander said for 
these two Vhosts served from the same database midgard' prefix is 
as helpfull as anything else.
