I have also upgraded to asgard-1.4.4 from asgard.midard-project.org but it still gives the same error in the php error log.
In _my_ asgard-1.4.4 it was fixed (http://asgard.midgard-project.org/) but may be You want to try another way: open midgard database in phpmyadmin, send the sql-query "SELECT id,name,code FROM snippet WHERE code LIKE '%processsubmit%'". In the code field the function processsubmit() is defined twice. Just delete one.
You can delete the function in the asgard-1.4.4.xml file, too, and import it with repligard after editing.
