Personally I think we'd be better off running each from the same templates and ONLY changing the colors in the CSS and the Logos.
Without putting a lot of time into it yet. I'd go for something more like this: http://noen.org/aegir.gif http://noen.org/login.gif
Their brands don't need to be the 'same' to establish the relationship just have common themes...
Would the client ask if they where being sold XP or Office just because their not the same color?
