Unfortunately, no. The copyright terms in the Nadmin Studio Manual were quite clear on prohibiting any copying or mirroring. The application and documentation are separate things. If we want to open the manual it would be a good idea to keep asking HKLC. I recommend using the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license for that if we ever get the permissions.
