The remove_unapproved script seems to work fine on pages and articles but isn't working style and style elements.
I use repligard's -m option ("Create GUID information for all resources").
-- Has anyone a clue, what I should do to make the script work for styles, the xml contains both the <record extension> and the <element> elements.
-- Is there a way to approve topics in the same manner as articles?
Sorry for taking so long.
Nadmin M5 had topic approval, but it was removed from Aegir in favor of the index article mode (I think, other reason is propably that the replication scripts did not support it).
The remove_unapproved.pl should handle styles (and as chilkdren to styles: style elements), if it doesn't there is a bug somewhere (propably in reading parameters from styles since the check is the same as with pages, which you said work fine)
If Aegir adds approvals similar to pages/styles (and other object not having native approval field in Midgard) to topics it's easy to extend the remove_unapproved.pl and delete_expired.pl to support it.
