Oops, forgot that. Make a separate repligard.conf for the sitegroup + 
admingroup records:

     <login
         username="rootUser"
         password="rootPassword"
     />
     <replicate>
    <resource type="sitegroup" id="1">
    <resource type="sitegroup" id="2">
    <resource type="sitegroup" id="3">
...
     </replicate>
Please  put this (a synopsis of this mail and the ones before) 
somewhere  in the documentation as well :-)

I think in the repligardsection.
