I had trouble with MidCOM not loading to start. It was caused by lack of de.linkm.htmlfilter.xml, which wasn't mentioned in the old docs...
Anyway the instruction on the site are pretty basic. Just install everything listed there and cross your fingers. :-(
You may need to delete some stuff from the old install. I got this advice from Henri a while back:

What happened to the site by the way?I wish I knew but I was too tired of these problems to ask.
