Everyone thanks for your help! With tweaking and such, I finally got MidCOM all up and running. Unfortunately it turns out, there's some things about it I don't like / things it doesn't have. So I'm going to end up not using it.
However, I am having an issue with one other thing, that I would really like to get working. Revision History. I can see that it is keeping the revision history in the /var/lib/aegir/cvs directory, however, when I click on the "Revisions" link in any sort of content, it says "NO REVISION HISTORY". Does anyone know anything I should do to get this running properly? This is one of the most important things about any CMS that we're moving to, and without a revision history, there's no way I can go with Midgard unfortunately. Thanks again for everyone's help! I plan to put a nice little "How to Setup Midgard on FreeBSD" Once I get everything all up and running, so no one else will have to go through all the trials and tribulations that I have :) Damien Heiser -----Original Message----- From: Ross George [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2004 6:19 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [midgard-user] Midcom install problem Damien, have you installed the PHP iconv module? cd /usr/local/src/build/php-4.3.4/ext/iconv/ phpize ./configure make install cheers, Ross ----- Original Message ----- From: "Heiser, Damien" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, January 08, 2004 5:51 AM Subject: [midgard-user] Midcom install problem > Well, everything is now working, besides MidCOM. > > I looked through the mailing list and saw a few people with the same > problem, but only one resolution by using RPM's.
