This is great news, congratulations on Midgard being chosen for such a project! I'd just like to comment that James, John and Evan have created a fantastic implementation of Midgard to suit activist NGO purposes at the Wilderness Society.
If you wish to provide examples of relevant info arrangements to South African NGOs, I suggest citing www.wilderness.org.au as a good example. The arrangement into overlapping regions and campaign topics is quite brilliant, amongst other things. We evaluated their info design and decided it was so good that now we're busy tailoring that implementation for the largest environment NGO in Indonesia, WALHI.
