[midgard-user] help with download admin

I nedd help, the download, admin net.nemein.download, dont work, this 
create a new download, with name, tiutle, licence etc. but not upload 
the archives.
please i need a download manager whid midcom, or somthing with user 
registred please, help is Urgent
