Wow, looks like virus writers have started targeting email list subscribers.
As probably everybody knows, clicking the .pif file in that email can lead to nasty consequences.
BTW, very interesting, the mail headers don't show anything of the email's origin. Is this bug in ezmlm? These are the first Received headers:
