Mar 14th 2004 -- Developer services of the SpiderAdmin Administrative
Interface have been moved to the Tigris.org development community.
Tigris is a mid-sized Open Source community focused on software
development tools. Additionally a new Release Candidate has been
published. This is the last RC before the Final Release.

Developer services moving to Tigris include the CVS version control
repository, mailing lists and issue tracking. The move should improve
the availability and quality of the developer services, and make
maintaining them easier.

The current status of the developer services is:
    * CVS on Tigris is now in production, see the Tigris CVS page
      (http://spider.tigris.org/source/browse/spider/) for more
      details
    * Issues moved from bugs.midgard-project.org to Tigris Issue
      Tracker, see http://spider.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectIssues
      for more details
    * Separate Mailing Lists for SpiderAdmin users and developers
have been created. Visit the Tigris Mailing Lists manager at
      http://spider.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectMailingListList to
      subscribe.

In addition to the move to Tigris, SpiderAdmin's web site has now
been completed. From now on the SpiderAdmin project page is available
on the Midgard Web Site.

SpiderAdmin is the default administrative interface for the Midgard
Content Management Framework. It is the successor of the "OldAdmin"
interface which has been part of all Midgard releases up to version
1.5.0 and was extended by several companies, developers and following
input from the Midgard Community. It is available under the GNU Lesser
GPL license.

Major changes in SpiderAdmin 1.4.0RC2 include:

    * Redesigned interface written in XHTML 1.0 Strict / CSS2
    * Lots of bug fixes and enhancements
    * Localization support using the NemeinLocalization library
