Hi, As for accomodation for May meeting I was told that there is a fine facility in Poznan, quite in centre of the city. They got 4 dbl rooms with bathroom, 2 single with bathroom and few dbl rooms with common bathroom in the hall. Pricing is:
Dbl w/bath - ca. 15 E/person per night Single w/bath - 14 E/person per night Dbl wo/bath - 11 E/person per night That place is 15 min by tramway/car from University we are going to meet at. The got a locked parking place for your vehicles. As for meals... we got several pizzas, steak houses etc. University of Economics Poznan is placed in very center of Poznan and we would be no more that 10 mins by foot from any food or pivo. Actualy pivo in restaurants varies from 1 to 1,4. As for the lab... We are goin to use one of labs with some 30 PC's. Probably we will be allowed to use some of them as experimantal linux platform for making release tests if , hopefully, guys from Uni got the CD images :-). WiFi hotspot will be available as well as two projectors and other stuff you wanted. Please try to make a decission about arrival soon as I need to make a reservation in a hostel.
