The config.log are quite big. What do you want? The whole log ore only a part of it?
The apache tries to load the mod_midgard.so module. Please, tell more about configure options for midgard-apache2. config.log should be also usefull. It looks like You try to load wrong apache module, midgard-apache2 should provide midgard-apache2.so module.
