Configure Apache Vhosts correctly.
Soemthing like:
<VirtualHost 9.155.139.147:8102>
Port 8102
MidgardEngine On
MidgardDatabase dbname dbuser dbpass
DocumentRoot /some/path
</VirtualHost>
Make sure You have 9.155.139.147 host name in host table, reload Apache
and log in to Your site.
