No, problem. Here is the line:

Include /usr/local/etc/midgard/apache/httpd.conf

pwd
/usr/local/etc/midgard/apache

more httpd.conf

LoadModule midgard_module /etc/httpd/modules/midgard-apache2.so
MidgardEngine On
Listen 8008
Include /usr/local/etc/midgard/apache/vhosts/*
MidgardLog Debug+ /var/log/midgard.log

Is this enough. If you need more please let me know.

So it looks like Your default Apache host has document root set to "/"
and midgard host is not recognized by Apache.

Can You show me the line where httpd.conf from midgard directory
is loaded in your Apache configuration file? httpd.conf from midgard
directory will be also helpfull here.
