[midgard-user] Accessing Aegir

I installed the Midgard Framerwork using debian packages and then 
installed Aegir as documented on the installation page.  I installed 
everything using localhost as my host.

When I go to http://localhost/aegir it turns a 404 /aegir not found (I 
also tried /aegir/).

I'm not familiar enough with how midgard works, so I'm not sure where to 
begin troubleshooting.  If someone could step me through it, that'd be 
great.
