Installations are quite different for 1.5 and 1.6.

midgard-data is the last one package which will create(update)
your database and configure virtual hosts with all needed files, 
modules , directives etc.
So for virtual hosts you should run datagard and choose "vhost"
from menu.

We do not need mod_midgard.c to be added.
