Either your MySQL or Repligard credentials are wrong.

Since you're saying that Midgard is running fine
it must be the repligard account. Look at your
repligard.conf file (usually in /usr/local/etc)
and look for the following fields:

        <login
                username="admin"
                password="password"
        />

Those values must match your System Admin account
to import Aegir to SG0.

You can double check the System Admin account from
the db (select * from person where id=1;). If the
password field starts with ** (double asterisk) then
the passwd is in plain text and can be used as is.

If you're unsure what the credentials are, you can also
reset the password from the db (update person set password="**password"
where id=1;).
