Hi, I am having a problem getting Aegir up and running. I have not had any problems in the past, but on this new server under Apache 2 it seems to segfault. You may have covered this before. If you have I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction.
Anyway, when you log into Aegir, the top and right hand side of the screen comes up no problem, but the left hand side of the screen comes (where companies, Articles etc are) up with an error saying that "The gateway has lost the connection with the Web site you are trying to access". The apache 2 log at that moment gives: [Fri Jul 16 10:40:18 2004] [debug] midgard-apache2.c(2281): [client 213.121.212.121] Midgard: setting blobdir /var/www/localhost/htdocs/midgard/blobs, referer: http://www.rei-ki.co.uk:8080/aegir/rcs/navigation/?windowwidth=991&windowhei ght=619 [Fri Jul 16 10:40:19 2004] [notice] child pid 8306 exit signal Segmentation fault (11) Spider Admin works fine, but Aegir seems to fall over. I am using the latest Midgard_AllinOne package. If you need any more info, please let me know.
