Ok, then this error translates actually to the NemeinRCS library as I
had expected, the last eval'd code message from above leads to
NemeinRCS/xml_rcs_functions. I can't tell what is wrong here, as I
don't have experience with NemeinRCS.

Maybe one of the Nemein Guys can jump in here?
